Job Description:

· Responsible for conceptual and schematic design of projects.

· Maintain effective communication with the Design Director and clients until final design approval.

· Participate in the completion of renderings and construction drawings.

· Follow up on and effectively resolve various issues arising during construction, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years working experience in design firms or interior decoration companies.

· Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.

· Possess clear logical thinking, excellent design and project control capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and robust spatial planning ability.

· Team player, passionate about design, driven, and holds high standards and requirements for own work.

· Willingness to travel for business; strong resilience under pressure to calmly handle challenges during project execution.

· Outgoing personality. Note: Does not work in isolation (reject lone-wolf style).

· Familiar with construction processes and design specifications; in-depth understanding of material properties and construction techniques; capable of independently resolving technical construction issues.

Job Description:

· Assist in the conceptual and schematic design for departmental projects.

· Maintain good communication with the team until design finalization.

· Support the completion of renderings and construction drawings.

· Collaborate with the team to track issues during construction and provide timely feedback.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in design firms or interior decoration companies.

· Proficient in design software including CAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.

· Logical thinker with foundational design and project control skills; good communication and expression abilities; basic spatial planning competency.

· Strong team spirit, passion for design, and self-motivated.

· Open to business travel; possesses a reasonable level of stress tolerance to handle project challenges effectively.

· Basic familiarity with construction techniques and materials.
